For aesthetics clinics
Aesthetics doesn't sell appointments, it sells treatments: six sessions of laser, ten of body contouring. Siimplo holds the package, deducts each session, and tells you who has how many left.
The difference between a hair salon and an aesthetics clinic is that here almost nothing finishes in one visit. Laser hair removal is six or eight sessions weeks apart, body contouring is ten, facials sell in packs. What you sell is the whole treatment; what you deliver is sessions.
That's why a bare calendar isn't enough. You need to know the client bought eight sessions, has used three, has the fourth booked, and that four remain on her account. If that lives in a spreadsheet beside the calendar, the two fall out of step in the first week.
Siimplo sells the package as a package and deducts a session each time she comes in. You can see how many remain at any point, and so can she — which is half the problem solved: the argument about how many sessions were paid for and how many used disappears when both sides read the same number.
In aesthetics the client record isn't administrative trivia, it's part of the service and sometimes part of your legal footing. Which area was treated, at what setting, what reaction followed, whether consent was signed, whether a contraindication was declared. Across six sessions, none of that is remembered.
In Siimplo each client carries a history with notes from every session and any files you attach, including before-and-after photos and the signed consent form. Whoever runs the fourth session sees what happened in the first three without asking.
And because the record lives in the system rather than a folder in a drawer or a shared drive anyone can open, it stays with the people who should see it.
Ampoules, gels and treatment-room consumables are a direct cost of every session, and they're what leaks most quietly. It isn't theft, it's that nobody writes down that two ampoules were used instead of one.
Siimplo's inventory holds room stock and retail stock in one place, with an alert when something drops below its minimum. If you also sell product to the client, it goes on the same ticket as the session and comes off inventory without a second entry.
Sell eight, deduct one per visit, and always know how many are left.
Notes per session, before-and-after photos, and the consent form attached.

Ampoules and consumables beside what you sell, with reorder alerts.
The next session reminds itself, which is what keeps a long treatment on track.
