Eight industries running on the same core. Each business sees its own version, and every module — calendar, clients, sales, cash, stock — is already wired to the rest.
Animation: a laptop opening with colour bubbles, one for each of Siimplo's eight industries
Most businesses end up with a booking app, a spreadsheet for stock and a notebook for the register. Siimplo is all of it, already connected.
A booking becomes an invoice, an invoice moves the register, the register feeds the report. Nothing gets re-typed.
Every module can be switched on or off. Start with scheduling and clients; turn on stock and suppliers when you're ready.
The same platform, but a vet sees medical records, a gym sees training plans, and a store skips the calendar entirely.
Open a second site and it stays one account, not a second subscription — the top plan lets you add more stores.
Website included
Every Siimplo account publishes a page for your business: your services, online booking and your catalog — no designer, no hosting.

Reminders
16 automatic messages in your trade, each with its own approved template.
They go out from your business's own WhatsApp. Connecting your own number is free on every plan.
The nudges nobody asked for — a reminder, an invitation to book again — start switched off on purpose: no one is messaged from a flow their business never turned on.

Privacy
What your clients tell you is stored encrypted. Without the key, not even a full copy of the database gives it up.
What gets encrypted
Client records, notes and allergies
Clinical records and session notes, in the verticals that use them
Emergency contact and insurance details
Messages and WhatsApp
Included on every plan, the free one too. Nothing to set up.
Client record
Tap to see how it's stored
Dates, names and account numbers stay readable: they are how the system finds the record. What gets encrypted is what the record says.
Encryption doesn't replace permissions. Every role — owner, front desk, senior staff, assistant — sees only what it should, over the same data.
Your data is yours
In Settings → Export data, tick “Select all” and click once. We prepare everything in the background and email you a link to a single .zip file with one spreadsheet per list, ready to open in Excel, Google Sheets or Numbers.
Exporting doesn't depend on your plan. Even if you move to the free plan, you can take out everything you've recorded since day one.
Every list is a CSV file with column headings in your language and accented names intact.
Lists with dates — sales, cash and the like — can be narrowed to a date range. Leave it empty and you get everything.
Included in every plan, the free one too. Only the account owner can export, and the emailed link works for 30 days.

Artificial intelligence
Siimplo uses AI for the work that takes your time but not your judgment: finding a gap in the calendar, writing a first draft, reading a spreadsheet, checking a receipt. Whatever gets saved to your account goes through the same path as if you'd done it by hand, with your role's permissions.
Ask in your own words and it answers how to use Siimplo. In the trades with a calendar it also reads your real schedule — "who's free tomorrow at 10?" — and drafts the appointment on a card, which goes into the calendar when you press "Confirm booking".
When a client uploads the bank transfer for an appointment deposit, a credit package or a membership, AI checks that the receipt isn't altered or a repeat, and that the amount, bank and account holder match. If everything checks out the payment is confirmed on its own; if something doesn't, it hands it to you to review. You switch it on per payment method.
Ryo, the AI helpers and receipt validation are included depending on your plan. What AI writes is a draft: review it before you rely on it. Your clients never talk to the AI.

And also
What we've been adding to the portal, built around how you work.
In the trades with a calendar, clients confirm or cancel from the reminder, and you see who confirmed and who hasn't answered yet.
In the trades with a calendar, book a standing appointment once: every one to four weeks, or every one to six months on the same day.
In the trades with a calendar, one column per team member to see everyone's day, or the week and a three-day view by the hour.
In the trades with a calendar, each service gets its own page on your website, with photos, a long description and FAQs.
A list of your clients' upcoming birthdays, so none slips by.
Tag clients — VIP, wholesale, whatever helps — filter by tag, and note how each one found you. Bookings from your website are recorded automatically.
Connect your business's WhatsApp number on any plan and answer your clients' messages from the Siimplo inbox.
Your clients add their portal to their phone's home screen and see the sales you made them, with what's paid and what's still owed.
The account owner sees who changed what, and when: prices, hours, clients, stock, cash, sales and more.
The same set of tools underneath every industry version.
Activate the modules you need — the rest stay out of your way.

ExplorePick an industry and walk through the real screens your team will use every day.

Sessions booked for today, your active member count and the booking link members use — all on the first screen.

One-on-one sessions and group classes side by side, each class expanding to show who signed up and how many spots are left.

Ask in your own words and it walks you through Siimplo step by step; it also reads your real schedule and drafts the appointment for you to confirm.

Assign strength, hypertrophy or pre-season blocks per member, built from your own exercise library and reusable templates.

Revenue, expenses and net profit for any date range, with a trend chart, a category breakdown and a downloadable report.

Sell blocks of 5 or 10 sessions and let the system burn down credits automatically — the way personal training actually sells.

Who's checked in, who's been called and who's done, so class turnover doesn't turn into a queue at the desk.

Today's appointments on one side, who has arrived on the other — call the next one in with a single click.

Who is due back and when — post-visit checks and recalls queued automatically instead of living in someone's head.

Your whole membership with contact details, remaining session credits and pending invites in one searchable list.

Every invoice in one ledger — paid, partially paid, pending or draft — with the register built into the same screen.

Open and close the register with opening and expected balances, income, expenses and every movement tagged by payment method.

What you owe and what you're owed, aged past 30, 60 and 90 days, with the overdue count on every row.

Supplements, apparel and equipment with SKUs, cost and retail price, and low-stock flags before you run out of whey.

Track what you've ordered from whom, when it was placed and when it's due — with late deliveries flagged.

Your vendor book with tax ID, contact person, ordering email and internal supplier code.

Your staff roster with roles, last activity and access toggles, plus a permissions tab as the business grows.

Client conversations kept in the record instead of scattered across personal phones, with unread counts and archiving.

Follow-up tasks tied to a client with due dates, so “I'll call them back” becomes something you can actually track.

Every way you collect — cash, card terminal, bank accounts — each with its currency and active state.

Run every store from one account on the top plan, each with its own team, stock and register.

The client-facing page for your business: cover image, logo, description, specialties, languages and certifications.

Personal training, small-group classes, functional assessments and nutrition consults, each with its own duration and availability.

A profile per member holding their session history, so any trainer can pick up where the last one left off.
Screen 1 of 24
Up and running in an afternoon, not a quarter.
Add your services, your team and your hours. Your public booking page goes live at the same moment.
Start with scheduling and clients. Switch on stock, suppliers, cash control or reports whenever the business asks for it.
Bookings, payments, stock and follow-ups all land in the same place — and roll up into the reports at month end.
The things that matter once you're past the first week.
In the browser, on the desk or on a phone at the front counter. Nothing to install, nothing to back up.
Sensitive data is stored encrypted in the database, not just in transit. Together with role permissions, everyone sees only what they should.
Owner, reception, senior staff or assistant — each role sees a different system, on the same data.
Your team and your clients each use the platform in their own language, on the same account.
Customers
In the words of the people who run Siimplo every day.
I used to keep class lists in a notebook and there was always one person too many on the floor. Now everyone books from the link and the credit stays with them.
We tried three systems before this one and all of them were built for some other trade. This one already knew what a medical record and a hospital stay are.
It took me a couple of weeks to put the notebook down for good. Now every car has a record, and when the customer is back I don't have to remember.
I started on the free plan just to try it and the website was already included. I only moved to a paid plan once the calendar stopped fitting.
What convinced me is that support answers like someone who knows the business. I'm not explaining my school to a web form.
The ones we get asked most.
No. Every module is optional. Most businesses start with scheduling and clients, then turn on stock, suppliers or cash control as they need them.
The underlying platform is the same for all of them — the industry versions differ mainly in vocabulary and one or two specialised screens. Get in touch and we'll tell you which one fits closest.
Yes. The Professional plan on every industry version lets you add more stores under a single account, so you don't need a separate subscription per location.
Yes. Every account gets a public booking page and a QR code from day one. Share the link, print the code, and clients register and book without calling you.
Yes. Inventory imports from CSV, and we help with the client list during setup.
Yes — there's a free tier on every industry version, and paid plans add modules, team seats and stores. See the plans on any industry page.
Nothing. Start on the free tier, and talk to us on WhatsApp whenever you want a walkthrough of the paid modules.
Yes. Every account publishes a page for your business with your services, online booking and product catalog — free, and with no designer. A store shows its catalog instead of the calendar.
Only you and your team, each role seeing the detail it should. On top of that, everything sensitive — records, notes, allergies, clinical records, session notes and messages — is stored encrypted in the database, so a backup file or a full dump is not enough to read it. What stays readable are the dates, names and identifiers the system needs to find the record. To be clear: this is not end-to-end encryption — we can restore your data if you need us to — it is encryption at rest over what the record says.
Yes, whenever you want and on any plan, the free one included: your data is yours. In Settings → Export data, tick “Select all”, and one click starts the export: we email you a link to a single .zip file with one CSV spreadsheet per list — clients, sales, appointments, stock, cash, clinical records and whatever is specific to your trade — that opens directly in Excel, Google Sheets or Numbers. The link works for 30 days, and only the account owner can export.
Ryo, the assistant, answers how to use Siimplo and, in the trades with a calendar, reads your real schedule — only what your role may see — and drafts the appointment on a card you confirm. The AI helpers draft a service from your own description, match the columns of a spreadsheet you import and, in the trades with clinical records, summarize a client's records over a period. Receipt validation checks the bank transfers your clients upload and confirms only the ones that match. Everything else you confirm yourself, with your role's permissions, and your clients never talk to the AI. Included depending on your plan.
