For psychology practices
Not a thirty-day trial. A permanent free plan, no credit card, with the calendar, the records, encrypted session notes and your website included.
The word is worn out. In this category it usually means a trial that switches off exactly when you've loaded every client and your calendar lives inside it — which is the worst possible moment to be deciding.
Here the free plan has no date. It's capped on client count, not on time: if you never pay, you keep using it. It opens without any payment method, so there's no card waiting for you to forget to cancel.
A practice just starting out, or one seeing clients a few hours a week, can stay on the free plan indefinitely without running a crippled version of the product.
The calendar, the client record with their history, and session notes — stored encrypted with AES-256-GCM exactly as on the paid plans, because encryption isn't a premium feature and it would make no sense as one.
Also the practice's public website, with your services, your hours and a booking link with a QR code. An appointment booked there lands straight in your calendar. That part tends to surprise people: it's the most externally visible thing and it sits on the free side.
And the day's till with sales and what each client owes, which is the minimum needed to know how the month is going without opening a separate spreadsheet.
Automatic WhatsApp reminders. Every message sent carries a real cost charged by Meta, so we can't give them away without someone paying for them. It's the feature people miss most, so we say it first.
Then: session packages, the waiting room, stock and supply purchases, reporting, team management and additional locations. None of these are gated to force a sale; they're gated because they cost money to run every month.
Both paid plans are published with their amount visible. No quote request or scheduled call needed to know what you'd be walking into if you ever outgrow the free tier.
First, whether you can export. A practice that loads records and notes for twelve months is tied to that system by accumulated work, not because it's the best one. If the answer about exporting is vague, the vagueness is the answer.
Second, what happens when the free plan runs out: whether the next tier's price is published or has to be requested, and whether your data stays put or you start again. Here both paid plans show their amount, and moving up shifts nothing you've loaded.
Third, specific to this trade: where session notes live and who can read them. A system storing clinical material in plain text is a system that hands all of it over the day someone walks off with a copy of the database.
With each client's history and their full record.
AES-256-GCM, same as the paid plans. Encryption isn't charged separately.
Your services, your hours and a booking link with a QR code.

The real portal, running right here. Go in and click anything.

Today's sessions, your active client count and the intake link new clients use to book a first appointment.

Individual, couples, intake and group sessions across the day, with the practitioner assigned and confirmation status.

Ask in your own words and it walks you through Siimplo step by step; it also reads your real schedule and drafts the appointment for you to confirm.

Today's appointments on one side, who has arrived on the other — call the next one in with a single click.

A dated record of arrivals and how long each client waited, kept for every session.

Who is due back and when — post-visit checks and recalls queued automatically instead of living in someone's head.

Revenue, expenses and net profit for any date range, with a trend chart, a category breakdown and a downloadable report.

Every invoice in one ledger — paid, partially paid, pending or draft — with the register built into the same screen.

Open and close the register with opening and expected balances, income, expenses and every movement tagged by payment method.

What you owe and what you're owed, aged past 30, 60 and 90 days, with the overdue count on every row.

Your caseload with contact details, remaining session credits and status, searchable and invitable in one click.

A private clinical record per client, session by session, searchable across your whole caseload.

Prepaid blocks of sessions per client with credits used, credits left and validity — flagged when they need renewing.

Individual, couples, intake and group sessions, each with its own length, colour and practitioner.

SKU-level stock with cost and sale price, colour-coded levels that flag what's running low, and CSV import.

Track what you've ordered from whom, when it was placed and when it's due — with late deliveries flagged.

Your vendor book with tax ID, contact person, ordering email and internal supplier code.

Client conversations kept in the record instead of scattered across personal phones, with unread counts and archiving.

Follow-up tasks tied to a client with due dates, so “I'll call them back” becomes something you can actually track.

Every way you collect — cash, card terminal, bank accounts — each with its currency and active state.

Run every store from one account on the top plan, each with its own team, stock and register.

Your staff roster with roles, last activity and access toggles, plus a permissions tab as the business grows.
